Avast ye maties!  Oh wait, that's a different boat....

So nice to see all of you jumping on board. Is it helping you as much as it is me??? I stayed exactly on my plan yesterday and even made it to 1400 cals. Lots of goodies still around the salon, some very tempting, too, but I held strong.

Still waking up, will get back and edit to include my plan in a little bit. Have a grand day crewmates!

Hi Suan,

I am aboard..

Still not feeling well and will try and get my protein in by drinking it.  If I can keep it down.   My stomach is still upset.  Going to go lay in bed today and watch tv.  I don't feel like doing anything.  To hell with the house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Made a grocery list for my son and his girlfriend.  Never have done that before.  We'll see how they do..lol

Oh, you're a brave woman letting go of that grocery list!  I just recently have had Gary get a few things for me when he's out so I don't have to stop on my way home.

I just hauled my butt outta bed, and the only plan I have for today yet is going tanning for 8 minutes to start getting ready for the cruise.  Breakfast will  be cottage cheese and fruit, as always.  I'll think about the rest when I get back home.  I shopped yesterday, and there are a lot of choices.  It'll be tilapia for supper, and maybe for lunch, probably.

I went back to yesterday's posting and in red, put down what I actually ate next to what the plan was.  Didn't do too badly.  No one else has to read it, but it's good for me to see in black and white....er...red.

I'll catch up later, when I'm awake.

Went shopping this morning, so didn't eat breakfast until 9:30....way too late...

B - McD breakfast burrito  (I know -- my bad)

L - bbq'd shrimp, salad

S - turkey roll up

D - last of potato soup

well, funny you should ask - apparently not much!!  My acid reflux has returned with a vengence and even double Protonix isn't helping. So, I've gone back to eating only a couple of teaspoons of food at each meal.

B:  peanut butter on 1/2 cracker
L: two teaspoons of shrimp salad
D: probably a repeat of lunch

I see the doctor on Tuesday - but until then I'm just making sure to take vitamins and drink lots of water. I can't even drink the water when the reflux is there so I have to keep the food to a bare minimum.

Im jumping on the barge too. Make room for me!!!!!
Today so far I have had 2 lavash crackers   120 calories
a slice of swiss cheese                                     90 calories
3 ounces of chicken                                           190 calories
1 greatfruit                                                               38 calories
and a cup of swiss miss cocoa no surag added   80 calories
518 calories so far.....
not sure what is going to be for dinner.
by the way it is snowing down here in Sarasota Bradenton area!!!!!
